Core Layout

Role Rules

  • Admin: full system setup, user roles, all reports and configuration.
  • HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee master, payroll, compliance, exit and documents.
  • Manager: team attendance, leave approval, expense approval and performance review.
  • Employee: ESS, profile update, leave application, expense claim and payslip download.

Master Data

  • Department, branch, designation, grade, shift, leave type, salary head, statutory rule and asset type.
  • Employee ID auto-generation format: EMP001, EMP002.
  • Job ID auto-generation format: JOB001, JOB002.
  • Every transaction stores request date, status, approver, remarks and audit timestamp.
